How the Online CPR Certification Process Works
1. Register & Get Access

2. Complete the Online Course
Next, complete the self-paced CPR/AED training at your convenience. Because this portion covers all required knowledge, it must be finished before your skills session.
3. Schedule Your Virtual Skills Session
After you complete the online course, you can then book your live virtual skills check with an instructor.
⚠️ Important: You must schedule your session at least 12 days in advance; therefore, this allows enough time for shipping your equipment.
4. Receive Your CPR Training Equipment
Once your session is scheduled, a CPR manikin and required materials will be shipped directly to you. This way, you are able to complete your remote skills verification from home.
5. Attend Your Live Virtual Skills Check
At your scheduled time, join your video session. During this session, a certified instructor will guide you through the process and then evaluate your CPR and AED skills in real time.
6. Return Your Equipment
After your session is complete, use the provided packaging to return your equipment. Once the return shipment is scanned by the carrier, your certification will then be processed.
7. Receive Your Certification
Finally, after all steps are completed, you will receive your official HSI CPR/AED certification; thus, you will be fully certified for workplace and general requirements.
